PRIORITIZE YOUR MENTAL HEALTH

Check in with yourself and remember that your mental and physical health should be a top priority. Prioritize making time for yourself and treating yourself kindly. Plan a relaxing day for yourself, buy that new game you've been eyeing, buy yourself some ice cream. Always remember to take care of yourself like you would care for a loved one. If you need someone to talk to, please reach out to a loved one or a professional. Reaching out for help is not only healthy but admirable. If you are in crisis, please call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-TALK (8255) or contact the Crisis Text Line by texting TALK to 741741.

SUPPORT LOVED ONES

If you think a friend or family member may be struggling, let them know you're there for them and check on them. Make sure they know that they have your support and that they are loved. Speak with them about how therapy or support groups may help. We are all human and go through dark times. Reaching out for help is not only healthy but admirable.

SPREAD KINDNESS

It goes without saying that life has its ups and downs. You never know what someone may be going through and because of that it is always important to spread kindness. Treat others with respect. Help those in need. Tell your loved ones you appreciate them. Show your support for a friend. Perform a random act of kindness.
